you can buy your tickets in the online ticket shop. please purchase your tickets exclusively online.

all exhibition spaces are accessible. unfortunately, there is currently no accessible restroom.

children between the ages of 6-17 pay €9.00 for a regular show. children under 6 years can attend for free. however, we recommend the visit for children over 6 years due to the intense sound and light effects. please note that the exhibition is not a playground.

yes, you are welcome to take photos and videos for personal use, such as sharing on your social media channels. please photograph without using a flash. commercial use of the photos is not permitted.

no, unless it is a trained assistance dog that must accompany you, dogs are not allowed in the exhibition.

yes, people with disabilities who have a severely disabled pass can benefit from a discount. In this case, the entry for the accompanying person is free of charge.

yes, there are parking spaces directly in front of the entrance, which must be booked in addition to the ticket.
